AlexMy passion for fitness stems from my involvement in sports growing up. I was a three-sport athlete in high school, but I decided to focus on my education when I got to college. My poor nutritional habits started to catch up with me when my fitness training was cut back. That was when I quickly realized that you cannot out train a bad diet! I took both weight training and nutrition classes as a part of my undergraduate education and became passionate about not only creating healthy habits for myself, but helping and encouraging others to create healthy habits for themselves as well.

I graduated from Anderson University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology with a concentration as an Exercise Specialist. I have always found my purpose in helping people and I find great satisfaction when I get to see the joy in people’s faces when they achieve their goals.

I love meeting new people and building relationships! I have too much energy to keep it to myself and I love to see that I’m making a difference in someone’s day. I am committed to motivating and encouraging people to set goals to live a healthier lifestyle! And so grateful to be your BBC Anderson trainer! Bleed blue!!!
