The Becky Huff Burn Bootcamp Cornelius Weight Loss Story started at the very beginning of BBC and Becky has been with us every step of the way!  We have seen her lose baby weight, get pregnant, train throughout a pregnancy and then get in the best shape of her life!  Becky is the poster child for what we stand for at BBC.  As a mom of 3, she has made being healthy a lifestyle for her family and she continues to push herself everyday at camp.  Congratulations on your success – down 40 pounds & 15% body fat!  You are an inspiration to moms everywhere!

Becky Huff Burn Bootcamp Cornelius Weight Loss Story December 2012

I found out about Burn Boot Camp through my mommy group – LakeNormanMommies.com.  The women were raving about the class and Devan so I knew I just had to check it out.

I am a stay-at-home mom to two children and I had packed on some unwanted pounds through my pregnancies.  I decided it was time to get back in shape and Burn Bootcamp was just the way to do it.

I have lost 32 pounds and 15 inches.  I have reduced my body fat from 30% to 21% (and plan to improve this number even more!).  I went from a size 12 to a size 4.  I have never felt better.  I have so much more energy than before.  I actually look forward to my 5:30am workouts.  In class I am surrounded by some of the most positive and motivating women.  I have gained some wonderful friendships through this.  The trainers are all amazing.  They know what they are doing!

My original before/after story was in 2012. Since then I have gotten pregnant, had my third baby, and gotten back into shape! I even worked out at BBC all through my pregnancy. Doing so made the recovery process so much easier and faster.

This health/fitness journey is an everyday thing. You don’t just lose the weight and then boom you’re all done. You have to work at it every single day – Challenging yourself with more intense workouts and focusing deeply on nutrition. But thanks to BBC, the support is there.

My journey began over two and a half years ago. It is an ongoing process. I have kept the weight off and only plan to continue getting stronger. There’s no stopping me now! In all I have lost over 40 pounds, reduced my body fat by 15 percent, and went from a size 12 to a size ZERO.

The best part is the way I feel – AMAZING! And I love that my simple story has inspired other friends and family to get their health in check.
