Fat Flush Detox Drink

This is Burn Boot Camps go-to fat flush detox drink. It uses four delicious ingredients which each contribute their own fat-cleansing properties. The result is a powerhouse of a drink which eliminates fat efficiently while tasting great.  This is not intended for you to use more than 14 days in a row and you should be drinking it in addition to eating a diet of healthy whole foods.  You’ll need distilled water, cranberry juice, lemon juice, and dandelion tea. Water is always good for you, I shouldn’t have to explain that one. Cranberry juice (100% juice, nothing added) contains high levels of organic acids that when consumed on a regular basis may help your body actually dissolve fatty deposits. Lemon juice offers the cleansing effect of citric acid and is good for clearing out the digestive system. And dandelion root tea is known for breaking down fat and removing it from your body via good old fashioned waste. I’ll show you exactly how to mix it all up in this video!

      I have been wondering the same thing. How much do we drink per day in addition to water? Or can this count towards our water intake?
