I had come to a point where I was no longer achieving the results from my workout regimen. I was so tired of the monotonous
workouts I was doing and was really looking for something that would be challenging. I received a Groupon notification regarding Burn Boot Camp in the Huntersville area and after checking out their website, I decided to give it a go. I can tell you that after the first camp I recall getting in my car and saying, “Now That Is What I Am Talking About!” Every camp is a challenge and what is so awesome about them is you never know what to expect.
Devan Kline is the ultimate trainer and you can tell that he pours his heart and soul into BBC, the workouts and the members.
Since I began BBC, I have shed 9 pounds and dropped 7% body fat! I have learned that incorporating HIIT training and following a clean diet has everything to do with getting in shape. What is also great about BBC are all the dedicated women there and the energy in the room. We all support one another, work hard together and a huge bonus is that I get to spend time every morning with a very dear friend of mine.
I am elated with the results and I really like the fact that I can finally look in the mirror and be happy with what I see which is something I haven’t done in many years. So for that, I give thanks to you Devan from the bottom of my heart for your vision and dream, to your beautiful and equally challenging wife Morgan and to the love of my life Jeffrey for all his support and understanding.
