Ingredients
- One mango – peeled, seeded, and chopped into small squares
- 1/4 diced red pepper
- One diced green onion
- 2 tbsp chooped cilantro
- One diced fresh jalepno chile pepper
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsn lemon juice
Directions
- After dicing all necessary ingredients mix in a medium sized bowl. Cover and place in fridge for 30 minutes before serving. Blue corn chips are a good alternative for regular tortilla chips.
