How To Burst – (4-7 Times per week)
1. Pick three exercises from the video.
2. Perform each exercise for 20 seconds as fast as humanly possible and rest for 20 seconds.
3. Repeat that process for each exercise you choose.
4. Cycle through them and do not stop until that clock hits 15 minutes!
