25 All-Natural Protein Smoothie Recipes

There are generally three reasons why people “can’t” eat healthy: time, money, and effort. Each one of these all-natural protein smoothies takes less than 5 minutes to make, costs less than $3.75 on average, and requires little effort or thinking. I have been in trial and error for months trying to get this right, and I finally did! I am proud to present to you 25 all-natural protein smoothie recipes that come from my kitchen!

I use Shaklee 180 Protein Powder to make all of the recipes. Shaklee does not supplement your diet but is an all-natural way to replace meals and make it a part of your everyday routine. Shaklee is a very well-balanced, low glycemic, dairy free, gluten-free, and GMO free option to make your life easy and healthy. It is also free of artificial ingredients, preservatives, and sweeteners (sweetened with fructose).  Shaklee is minimally processed and is derived from 100% all-natural ingredients. I have done research upon research and talked directly with Shaklee scientists to find out the origin of each ingredient. It is the only meal replacement I use because I trust the integrity of the company.

With that being said…

I highly recommend that you eat whole foods only, thus eliminating anything processed. But I also work with hundreds of clients each week and I understand that a strict whole food diet isn’t always in the cards. 1. Strawberry Banana Almond

  • 1 ripe banana, peeled
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup whole natural raw almonds
