What kinds of workouts can I expect? How long are they?
New to fitness, getting back into it, or training consistently? Burn On Demand workouts match your pace and purpose. You’ll get strength training, conditioning, mobility, yoga, and active recovery options, all packed into efficient 15 to 45-minute blocks.

Do I need special equipment for Burn On Demand workouts, or will my gym have what I need?
Most gyms already have everything you’ll need for all Burn On Demand workouts. Standard gym equipment like dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, and resistance bands cover the full range of exercises. No equipment? No problem. Try Road Trip's select workouts for protocols with bodyweight only. We’ll always guide you on what you need (or don’t!).

Is Burn on Demand beginner-friendly? Are there modifications for different fitness levels?
Yes! Every workout includes modifications so you can scale up or down. Burn On Demand is the perfect place if you're just starting or getting back into it because we meet you where you are, for as long as you need.

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
You’re in control. Simply log in to your account and head to “My Profile” to manage or cancel anytime. No hassle, no hidden steps.
