My name is Kay Battle and I will be your Head Trainer here at Burn Boot Camp Beaverton!
In 2010 I enlisted in the United States Army where I served on Active Duty Status. After a short period of serving, I developed a love for health and fitness. After gaining knowledge about healthy living and changing my own way of thinking, eating, and exercising my changes started to attract the attention of my family, friends, and fellow soldiers. Once I realized the impact that I had on the people and environment around me, I wanted to make sure that I was able to change as many lives as I could through spreading my knowledge about how important it is to live a healthy lifestyle. I went through the ISSA CPT program while in the military to better myself in the field of training.
After being a trainer for three years while serving in the military and doing what I could while there for my fellow soldiers, I decided I would not re-enlist Active Duty and that I would instead go into the Reserves in order to pursue what has become my passion of fitness full-time. I truly enjoy helping others and love being a part of their journeys’. I have since earned my NASM Certification for Personal Training and have developed more knowledge and skills to better myself as a trainer.
I am super excited to be a part of the Burn Boot Camp Family! Burn upholds its trainers to the highest standard which makes me feel right at home being a Veteran. I am coming all the way from my hometown of Atlanta, GA. to work with you all and get you in the best shape of your lives. You will get one-on-one consultations with me and I will do my best to give you all the knowledge that you need to be able to make a change. You will be challenged with every workout and I will make sure you overcome and conquer them all, leaving with a sense of accomplishment. At Burn you will learn that anything is possible and I’ll be there to help you every step of the way!
