Build a Proven Business. Impact People.

By Burn Boot CampSeptember 18, 2026

You know how to build a business and understand the importance of strong leadership, a great team and numbers that work. But what if your next business could give you something more?

As a Burn Boot Camp Franchise Partner, you have the opportunity to build an established business while creating a place where people come together to get stronger, support one another and become part of a community.

Better yet, you do not have to be a fitness professional to make it happen. You lead the business and Certified Trainers lead the Camps.

Why Burn Boot Camp?

The right franchise opportunity should not only give you a recognizable name, but also provide a strong foundation to build on.

Burn brings together the business model, systems and support experienced entrepreneurs look for with a brand built around people and community.

An Established Brand

Since Devan and Morgan Kline opened the first Burn Boot Camp in 2012, Burn has grown to more than 400 gyms in 2026. As a Franchise Partner, you have an established brand behind you from day one.

Recurring Membership Revenue

Burn is built around a membership model that generates recurring monthly revenue. Building your Member base and keeping them engaged are central to growing the business.

Opportunity to Grow

Your first Burn gym does not have to be your last. In fact, 60% of Burn owners go on to open a second location.

A Playbook & Support

You bring your business experience and leadership, and Burn will provide the education, systems and ongoing support you need in critical areas like operations, marketing, real estate and staffing.

A Business About People

Burn gives you the opportunity to know the people your business serves. You can build a team, connect with Members and create something special that becomes part of the local community.

Why It Works

Growth across a franchise system is important, but as an owner, the performance of your individual business matters most.

That was part of what attracted Franchise Partner Dan Schwaibold to Burn. He was not a Burn Member when he began looking at the opportunity. What stood out to him was our attention to individual unit economics and sustainable growth.

Burn's model puts Member growth and retention at the center of the business. Franchise Partners also have an established playbook, and receive education and ongoing support to help them build their teams and businesses without having to figure everything out on their own.

Taking a Closer Look

Simply put, as a Franchise Partner, your job is to lead the business. That includes setting the strategy, knowing your numbers, building your team, creating the right culture and growing your Member base.

Your Lead Trainer and training staff bring the fitness expertise. They lead Camps, manage the training experience and work directly with Members on their fitness goals.

Burn is not an absentee investment. Franchise Partners are expected to actively lead their businesses. However, that doesn’t mean you have to personally run every part of it.

Let’s break it down further.

Your Job:

  • Managing strategy & financials.
  • Local marketing & community growth.
  • Hiring, culture creation and team development.
  • Member acquisition & retention.

Your Lead Trainer's Job

  • Leading Camps.
  • Managing & scheduling the training staff.
  • Delivering weekly protocols.
  • Performing Member Focus Meetings & assessments.

You lead the business and let your team deliver the fitness experience.

The Numbers Say It All

Experienced business owners know that enthusiasm for an opportunity is not enough. The numbers have to work.

Across the 307 Burn gyms included in the 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) reporting population, average annual Gross Revenue was $732,444. The highest annual Gross Revenue was $1,662,127.

Gyms with more than 500 Members averaged $1,126,414 in annual Gross Revenue.

Some outlets have earned these amounts. Your individual results may differ. There is no assurance you will earn as much.

These figures provide a starting point for evaluating the opportunity. Burn's FDD provides complete financial performance information, including results from locations that performed below these figures, so you can take a closer look at the numbers for yourself.

Making the Investment

Opening a Burn Boot Camp requires an estimated initial investment of $221,324 to $823,123. That amount includes the standard $60,000 initial franchise fee.

Prefer to acquire an operating business rather than open a new location? Existing Burn gyms become available for sale from time to time, giving qualified buyers an opportunity to evaluate the actual operating history of an established location.

Whether you are interested in opening a new gym or acquiring an existing one, the Franchise Development team can help you understand the available opportunities

Is Burn a Good Fit for You?

You do not need to come from the fitness industry to become a Burn Franchise Partner. What matters is your ability to lead.

Burn is looking for business leaders who know how to build teams, set expectations, create culture and grow an operation.

Franchise Partners should be prepared to take an active role in the business and care about the experience they create for their Members.

We may be a good fit if you:

  • Have business or leadership experience.
  • Know how to hire, lead & develop people.
  • Want to take an active role in growing your business.
  • Understand the importance of local marketing & community involvement.
  • Care about the Member experience.
  • Want to build a business you can take pride in.

Prospective Franchise Partners currently need a $500,000 net worth, $200,000 in liquid capital and a credit score of 700 or better.

Owners In Their Own Words

“I wasn't even a Member at Burn. I was doing CrossFit and other stuff, and I'd never really heard of Burn before I started this process. For me, it had to first make sense as a business. The numbers had to work.”

-Dan Schwaibold

Burn Boot Camp Franchise Partner in the Atlanta area, including Decatur, Brookhaven, Lawrenceville & Gainesville, Georgia.

“At my first location, I closed 77 Members in the first month and grew to 300 Members within a year. Our third location in Dawsonville is about to turn a year old, and we’re already at 600 Members. My advice: follow the playbook.”

-Patrick Hartman

Burn Boot Camp Franchise Partner, Alpharetta, Cumming & Dawsonville, Georgia.

“Small business ownership is small business ownership, whether it’s ice cream, bagels or Burn Boot Camp. It’s a business, and we have to balance the books. But ultimately, I wanted to do something that made people feel good.”

-Melanie Skinner

Burn Boot Camp Franchise Partner, Ashburn, Virginia & Richardson, Texas.
