pr week: celebrate what you've built

Every Training Cycle has been building toward this.

Every tough Camp. Every shaky last rep. Every time you chose to show up instead of sitting on the sidelines.

Now it's time to see what all that work has built.

From August 24, through August 29, Burn Nation takes on PR Week, six days dedicated to testing your progress and celebrating just how far you've come.

At Burn, every workout has a purpose. Every Training Cycle builds on the last, helping you become stronger, more confident, and more capable than you were before.

This isn't just a week of testing. It's a week of celebrating everything you've accomplished.

Over the last four Training Cycles, you've developed strength, power, endurance, and confidence through the best programming in the industry. You've lifted heavier. Moved with more control. Pushed through workouts that once felt impossible. Your body has adapted, and now it's time to see what months of consistency have built.

This week, you'll put your hard work to the test.

You'll aim for your heaviest 8 reps in front squats, 1-arm rows, and Romanian deadlifts. You'll chase max reps in rotational med ball slams and push-ups. Then you'll see how high you can go with your soft box jump.

Every test tells a story.

A heavier front squat reflects stronger legs and a more resilient core. A new push-up personal best shows greater muscular endurance and control. A higher jump reveals explosive power you may not have realized you had.

The numbers matter because they tell the story of your hard work.

They're proof of every early morning, every workout you almost skipped, every rep you fought for, and every promise you kept to yourself.

Training with Burn On Demand? You're celebrating right alongside us. Burn On Demand athletes will follow the same PR Week progression using lat pull overs in place of 1-arm rows and forward hurdle hop overs instead of soft box jumps, tracking progress wherever they train.

And remember, this week isn't about competing with the person next to you.

It's about looking back at where you started and recognizing how far you've come.

Every personal record represents more than strength. It represents discipline. Resilience. Consistency. Confidence.

Whether you add five pounds to your lift, complete one more push-up, or jump just a little higher than before, every improvement matters.

Small victories. Big breakthroughs. A whole lot to celebrate.

At Burn, every workout has a purpose. Every progression matters. Every Training Cycle prepares you for moments like this.

Show up ready. Lift heavier. Move farther. Jump higher.

Then celebrate every personal record, because every one of them is proof that you're stronger than you were yesterday, and that's exactly what this journey is all about.
