Burpees are one of my favorite exercises. They build power. They burn calories. They work you hard and fast. I do them a lot and talk about them a lot. Of course, if you’ve ever trained with me at Burn Boot Camp you already know that. Burpees can be a little intimidating at first. But like every exercise there is a beginner version and an advanced version. This video will show you the proper technique for both. It’s from our Holiday Hold Out Challenge. In this video, I asked you to try and do 50 full burpees in 2 minutes. The program is over but feel free to challenge yourself just for fun. What I really want you to pay attention to in this video is the form. Knowing the right technique can take the fear out of completing a particular exercise. Learn the burpee. It is your friend.
