Athletes know how to improve cardio and muscular endurance and agility. Before I started Burn Boot Camp,  I played pro-baseball. But I can tell you I didn’t just play ball every day. It’s the same in any sport. Swimmers don’t just swim. Wrestlers don’t just wrestle. Basketball players… well… you get the idea. A regular part of athletic conditioning often includes a burst routine. Burst training is explosive and fast. It creates power, speed and agility. All of those elements are crucial to an athletes performance. But they are also important to maintaining a fitness routine in an increasingly busy life. Look toting kids and working and trying to eat health is no joke! It’s tough stuff and the more effective your workouts are, the more fit you are, the easier all the rest of it becomes.  This burst routine has 4 exercises. 5 rounds. 20 seconds on 20 seconds off.
