Here is a crazy push-up challenge. There is no exercise better for strengthening and toning your upper body. But they are also great for your core. Proper technique calls for your spine to remain aligned-no sagging! If your back sags you are putting yourself at risk for injury. Also, make sure your chest goes all the way to floor. Admittedly a lot of people have trouble with push-ups, at least at first. That’s why practice is important. You can modify it if you need to until you get stronger.
