Warmed up muscles allow your body to perform at peak levels. For many people static stretching was long thought of as the main method of warming-up. But research is changing that. Static stretches involve holding a position for a certain amount of time. But researchers say it can actually weaken the muscles and slow performance. A dynamic warm up aides in short term flexibility. And studies suggest it is the better option to improve sports related activities like soccer. I developed this dynamic warm up at Burn Boot Camp.
