New this year, in true alignment with Burn Boot Camp’s mission, we are getting the kids in on the action with MDA’s Hop-a-thon! Make it a great experience for the whole family and sign your kids up for our 45-minute Kids Camp that will be happening at the same time.

We invite everyone in the community to join us for this exciting event! Kids Camp is open to children ages 5 to 13, while the Burn Boot Camp workout welcomes participants ages 13 and up. Simply fill out your waiver to get started.

How can I donate?

  • You can donate by going to www.betheirmuscle.com. Select "Get Involved" and search the location that you want your donation to be directed to. 100% of the proceeds goes directly to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, making a real impact.

What is the event?

  • Get ready to dig deep and be trained and motivated by the best. Join Co-founder and Burn Boot Camp Visionary Devan Kline and VP of Fitness Matt Morris at Energizer Park for a bodyweight conditioning workout that pushes limits, ignites strength, and shows you just how unstoppable you truly are.

What is the agenda?

  • 9:30 AM: Arrive & Fuel Up
  • 10:00 AM: 45-min Challenging Workout
  • 11:00 AM: Becoming Unstoppable: An Empowering Panel of Speakers from Burn Boot Camp & MDA Champions
  • 12:00 PM: Depart

If I'm a Boot Camp Member or not, can I come to the workout for free?

  • This event is open to anyone including the public; we ask that participants attending the event make a $25 minimum donation to attend, with 100% of the proceeds going to the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Everyone in attendance must complete the waiver.

Are there age requirements for the workout? Can kids participate in the workout?

  • Yes! We will have a 45-minute Kids Camp for ages 5 to 13 years old and a 45-minute Burn Boot Camp workout for anyone who is 13 or older. All are welcome to participate in the workout. Please register each attendee, including children, individually. Every adult and child in attendance must have a completed waiver on file.

Does every participant/attendee need to fill out a waiver?

  • Yes, before you can participate and access the event, each participant/attendee must complete the waiver HERE.

What is the parking situation?

  • The Olive Street Garage is the main parking solution at Energizer Park. The cost to park in the garage is $3 an hour. The parking garage has 460 spots available in the garage. Handicapped and electric car charging stations are available in the garage as well.
  • Public parking is also available all around the stadium.

What should I bring to the workout? Bag, water bottle, etc.?

  • Participants may bring a water bottle and a mat. The event will take place on grass and concrete.

Are there restrooms?

  • Yes, the stadium will have the gates open marked with bike racks for attendees to access and use the restrooms.

What time should I arrive?

  • Recommended arrival time to the Energizer Park area is by 9:30 AM CST to ensure you make it to our location, check-in, and have time to warm up.

Do I need to check in upon arrival?

  • Burn Boot Camp will have check-in tables near the workout area. All attendees will need to check in so volunteers can verify that the waiver has been completed before beginning the workout.

When is registration cutoff?

  • Early bird registration is only through the event website and ends on April 3rd by 11:59 PM CST.
  • If space permits, we will be accepting walk-ups on the day of the event, April 5th. Please feel free to come and make sure to fill out the waiver located HERE in advance to save time at check-in!

When will I receive important information about the event?

  • You will receive a confirmation email with all key details for the event upon completing your registration.

Will walk-ups be allowed?

  • If space permits, walk-ups will be allowed if the individual visits the check-in table and completes the waiver.
