A trend by definition implies a shift to or from something else. Food trends, fashion trends, fitness trends. Lots of trends come and go. But when it comes to fitness trends there are some that I believe will stand the test of time. As a personal trainer these are the top fitness trends that I have seen bring the best results for my clients.┬áBody weight training, burst training and strength training. ┬áThe combination of the three lay the foundation for transforming your body. They build muscle, burn fat, and strengthen your physical and mental resolve. I’ll give you a few examples of each one in this short video and I encourage you to talk to your Burn Boot Camp trainer about them.
