A trend by definition implies a shift to or from something else. Food trends, fashion trends, fitness trends. Lots of trends come and go. But when it comes to fitness trends there are some that I believe will stand the test of time. As a personal trainer these are the top fitness trends that I have seen bring the best results for my clients. Body weight training, burst training and strength training. The combination of the three lay the foundation for transforming your body. They build muscle, burn fat, and strengthen your physical and mental resolve.
