At Burn, every Training Cycle has a purpose.
Not just to help you work harder, but to help you move better, build confidence, and create measurable progress you can see and feel.
Training Cycle #7 is here to push you further.
From June 29th through July 25th, we’re focusing on the push and hinge movement patterns, developing the strength, resilience, and endurance that carry into every workout and every part of life.
This cycle pairs two foundational movements that challenge your body in very different ways.
Push-Ups aren’t just an upper-body move. They demand strength, stability, and grit from head to toe. Every rep fires up your chest, shoulders, triceps, and core, teaching you to stay strong even when you’re tired. Week by week, you’ll crush more reps and see just how powerful you really are.
Then there's the Romanian Deadlift (RDL).
RDLs are a game-changer. They fire up your glutes, hamstrings, and back—the muscles that power every move you make. As the reps drop from 15 to 12 to 10 to 8, you’ll lift heavier, get stronger, and unlock a new level of confidence.
You’ll move with intention.
You’ll lift with purpose.
And build strength that lasts.
And then comes the challenge that truly lives up to its name.
This isn’t about comfort. It’s about commitment.
For three minutes, you'll work through as many 1-Arm Alternating Devil's Presses as possible. This full-body movement demands strength, power, conditioning, coordination, and grit all at once.
But there's a catch.
Every time you stop, you owe 10 V-Ups before you can get back to work.
The longer you rest, the more you’ll have to dig deep.
This challenge isn’t just about fitness. It’s about mindset.
Can you stay moving when your heart rate spikes?
Can you keep pushing when your shoulders burn?
Can you convince yourself to take one more rep instead of one more break?
That’s where real growth happens. Not when it’s easy, but when you choose to keep going anyway.
You’ll take on “All Gas, No Brakes” in Week 1, then come back in Week 4 with one mission: beat your score and take fewer breaks.
That’s the beauty of Training Cycles. It’s not about anyone else. It’s about being stronger than you were four weeks ago.
At Burn, every workout has a purpose. Every progression matters. Every challenge is your chance to prove what you’re made of.
You don’t have to figure out the plan.
We've already done that.
Just show up.
We’ve got the rest.
