The initial franchise fee is paid in a single lump sum at the time the Franchise Agreement is signed. As disclosed in Item 5 of the 2026 Franchise Disclosure Document, the fee is nonrefundable. The full Development Fee is paid at the time the Development Agreement is signed and is nonrefundable. No additional franchise fee is charged when individual Franchise Agreements are executed for each location. Eligibility requirements and terms are disclosed in Item 5 of the 2026 FDD.
