It is said that a goal without a plan is just a wish. Lots of us start the New Year with a resolution or a goal but how many of us actually make a plan to get there? If you want to know how to make a fitness goal and stick with it, then listen up. First of all, keep in mind you have to do it for yourself. What do YOU want out of it? Put yourself first and understand that THAT is the least selfish thing you can do for your family when it comes to health. Second, reward yourself every 3 weeks for your hard work. This will help keep you motivated and of course so will Burn Boot Camp. But no food rewards. Shoes or a night out are totally allowed, but not food! Finally, visualize it and have fun.
