Warm-Up (2 Rounds for 15 seconds each)
1. High Knees
2. Jump Knee Tucks
Workout (Superset – 20 seconds on)
1. Front Lunge into Reverse Lunge
2. Gorilla Squats
3. Triple Squat
4. Curtsy Lunge
The Finisher (3 Rounds – 20 seconds on/10 seconds off)
After a workout like this, it’s important to stretch and refuel with good nutrition and protein!
