Plyo Boxes

You’ve probably seen Plyo boxes around the gym. They look like platforms and come in various sizes. If you’ve used one then you know they are hard-core. If you have never used one keep this in mind start with a lower box and increase the box’s height as progress. When landing, you aren’t trying to replicate a gymnast. You don’t want to ‘stick’ the landing. Rather, you want to absorb the force of a jump, kind of like a cat.  You should land in a squat position with your knees slightly above 90 degrees with your chest up.
