sandysprings-kiah2As an enthusiastic and educated personal trainer, I take delight in helping anyone whom I come in contact with. I am especially passionate about making an impact on girls and women because I struggled with self confidence. It was a psychological battle that I had to learn how to overcome. Wellness and fitness created that outlet for me to grow and build self-confidence. I graduated as an Exercise Science major from the University of Toledo. While attending UT I participated on the Track & Field team being named All- MAC in and making 2 NCAA East Coast Championship appearances in long jump. I also currently compete as figure competitor in the the NPC. Outside of fitness I love to read and educate myself to continue aid in my growth as a leader. My philosophy is that a healthy body is more than looks; it releases self- confidence, high- esteem, and the courage to inspire others who want to live a healthy lifestyle. Whether someone is my client or not, my purpose as a personal trainer is to improve and empower everyone I have an encounter with. Attaining my own goals is wonderful, but aiding others to achieve their goals brings joy to my soul.
