Shuttle runs and hill sprints are great routines you can do in on your street, or in your driveway to improve leg strength, joint strength and endurance.
You might remember shuttle runs from grade school or high school. This agility drill is similar. It’s great for improving your performance in stop-and-go sports such as soccer, hockey, basketball, and tennis.
Hill sprints build power and speed. Plus, its fun to train outside of the gym sometimes. And believe me, the hill will make you work.
In this video, I’ll show you the routine from just outside our Burn Boot Camp in Huntersville. Like any exercise, technique is important to make the exercise both efficient and safe. I’ll break it down for you step by step.
