If your core is something you feel is weak. Here is three tips to a tighter tummy!
1. At every possbile second during your workout make sure you drive your belly button to your spine (act as if a magnet is attracting your belly button from the inside drawing your stomach in)
2. Do stomach vaccums
3 times per day.
3. Use heavy weights in your workouts. When you have heavy weights that causes more than one muscle group to become active, in most cases, that muscle group is some sort of core muscle.
You CAN get strong abs again! You just have to work hard at it!
