Why spend time isolating one batch of muscles when you can work two at the same time? At Burn Boot Camp we like to get the most of every workout! This tummy and leg workout will give you big results. For it to work, it takes dedication. You also have to eat right, but if you do those two things you should see results in just a few weeks. Wait til you see the last exercise where you do circles with your leg while in a push up position. Yep, you’ll feel it.
