Going on vacation doesn’t mean you have to throw your entire fitness plan out the window. Sure, you are entitled to a little relaxation, but a vacation workout is the perfect compliment to the extra calories you are likely consuming while you are ‘getting away from it all’. You don’t need to find a gym, though most hotels have one these days. Just look around you and use what you’ve got.
