How long are Burn Boot Camp workouts?
Camps are 45 minutes long and designed to deliver an efficient, high-energy workout that fits into busy schedules.

Will Burn Boot Camp be challenging enough for advanced members?
Yes. Burn Boot Camp Camps are designed to challenge every level. Trainers provide progressions and increased resistance so experienced Members can push their strength and endurance further.

Are the workouts designed for strength or conditioning?
Both. Camps combine strength training and conditioning to help Members build muscle, improve endurance, and maintain well-rounded fitness.

What if I have an injury?
Our Trainers can provide movement modifications and guidance so you can continue training safely while protecting your body.
