Strength starts with showing up, not perfection. Burn is with you every step, with workouts built to meet you where you are. Start small, stay consistent. Every rep builds strength, confidence, and the belief you're capable of more.
Our 45-minute workouts consist of alternating strength training and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) days, flexibly designed to provide a great workout whether you’re new to fitness or an athlete. In addition, we offer exercise modifications for injuries, pregnancy, and varying fitness levels, so you’ll get a workout that works for you.

Your Trainer will move around the gym during Camp providing our signature personal-training-in-a-group-setting.
