Almond Honey Pancakes

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup almond flour
  2. 1/4 almond milk
  3. 2 cage free whole eggs
  4. 1 tbsp raw honey
  5. 1/4 Maple Spice
  6. 1 tbsp maple syrup

Directions

  1. Whisk almond flour, water, eggs, maple syrup, raw honeyand salt together in a bowl until batter is smooth.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat; drop batter by large spoonfuls onto the griddle, and cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry, 3 to 5 minutes. Flip, and cook until browned on the other side, 3 to 5 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.
