Strength is more than what you lift. It’s how you move, how you steady yourself, and how you show up for every challenge life throws your way.
From March 30th to April 25th, we’re diving into Training Cycle #4. This one is all about lunges and carries—two moves that build real-world strength from the ground up. Here, your lower body and core team up, turning stability into power you can use anywhere.
We kick things off with Reverse Lunges. Every rep is a chance to build strength and balance, one leg at a time. Then we take that power overhead with Overhead Carries, challenging your shoulders, core, and posture to stay strong and steady under pressure.
Each week, the reps drop and the intensity climbs. You’ll finish with a max carry, pushing yourself to hold strong when it counts. This is where you build endurance. This is where you earn your resilience.
And then there’s the Performance Challenge. (You didn’t think you were going to get away without one, did you?)
Round ’Em Up is five minutes of pure grit and relentless drive. You’ll cycle through 10 Full Burpees, 10 Heismans, and 10 Bodyweight Squats, racking up as many rounds as you can before time’s up. These moves are simple, powerful, and yes, tough. That’s where the magic happens.
You’ll set your baseline in Week 1 and come back in Week 4 ready to beat it.
This cycle is about control under pressure. Strength that holds. Power that carries.
Show up for yourself. Stay steady. When it gets tough, dig deep and keep moving. You’re stronger than you think
