From a personal trainers perspective on a weight loss transformation story.

Being new to the area, I would inquire amongst new friends and neighbors as to potential workout facilities that I might join. Almost all inquiries led to a mention of BBC. I was hesitant at first, because I had done no more than walk every now & then as my exercise for the past several years. It was intimidating to me, as I envisioned being the “one that couldn’t keep up” in a room full of supermoms (which I do consider them all to be)! I could barely do a push-up without feeling some pain and I had no idea what a burpee was!! I thought of many excuses to postpone my initiation, however, when a friend invited me to join her at one of the camps, I decided to finally give it a try. After all, it was free to try it out, so what did I have to lose?
As it turns out, after only 4 months of joining BBC, what I had to lose was 8 inches, 5% body fat, and 11 pounds…and counting. What I have gained has been so much more….the energy that I have been searching for; an understanding of nutrition that benefits myself and my family; a new-found physical strength & stamina at the hands of a trainer who pushes me much harder than I would ever push myself; a support group of women whose names I may not even know that inspire and motivate me to push harder on a regular basis; and a family that is much happier to have mom running circles around them, instead of the other way around!!
