I have been a certified personal trainer for over 5 years, but my involvement in the fitness community has spanned the last 15 years. I was never much of an athlete, but I discovered a passion for running while I was in college desperately trying to avoid the typical college weight gain. When I joined the Army after college, my passion expanded into all forms of fitness eventually leading me to CrossFit. In 2012, I became certified as a CrossFit coach and have loved coaching and participating in the sport over the last few years. When I heard that Burn Boot Camp was coming to Colorado Springs however, I jumped at the opportunity to be part of the organization. My true passion has always been helping women realize their full potential. There is so much beauty and confidence that comes from pushing your body beyond anything you ever thought possible. A few years ago, I never dreamt that I would be able to do a single strict pull-up, let alone deadlift twice my body weight and do handstand push-ups, but my fitness journey has given me the strength and assurance to do all of that and more. No matter what your goals or previous fitness experience, I want you to know that Burn is for YOU. I have experience working with clients of all levels and abilities and I am here to tell you there is a modification for everything. All I ask is that when you step into the doors of Burn that you forget the stresses of the outside world and commitment that time with me to bettering yourself. Dare to be great!
