Meet Your Team
My name is Brandon Hamilton, Burn Boot Camp’s head trainer at the Lake Country location! I was born in Fairborn, Ohio. As a child, I moved all over the world because of my mother’s commitment to serve in the United States Air Force. Places included Turkey to Oklahoma to England, often only living in these places for a couple of years at a time. Eventually moving back to the Dayton, Ohio area to attend Wright State University, where I studied Sports Science. After college, I decided to continue my education and pursue my Personal Training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). As I continued to grow as a personal trainer in the corporate setting, I knew that there was more for me out there. I knew that I wanted to help as many people as I possibly could. That is where Burn Boot Camp came in! My passion to help people continued to grow, as did my energy. As my energy and commitment to helping people better themselves grew, it became obvious that I needed to expand the range of my sessions; one on one personal training was not going to help me fulfill that need. With that desire to help more people, I knew that I also needed to continue my education to continue benefiting people in the most concise and productive way possible. With that said, I also became certified in Corrective Exercise and Performance Enhancement through NASM.
My purpose, and ultimate success in life, is quite simple: to provide everyone I meet with those“Ah-Ha” moments in life, doing things they didn’t think were possible, and eliminating the mental barriers with living a healthy and active lifestyle. Head Trainer Brandon Hamilton, CPT, CES, PES
