Burn gets all of the stars! I came to work out just a little and immediately I was coming more than I ever thought I would! Everyone is so nice and encouraging, including the others working out Along side you. The coaches push you to be the best you can be with guidance and structure. Taking the stress away of thinking about what to do next. There are themed weeks, event workouts and just an all around positive fun environment. I could rave all day about it but you should just come see for yourself!
Burn is an extremely welcoming and FUN environment for all. The workouts are intense, dynamic, and push you to the next level. It is amazing to be surrounded by encouraging men & women of all different ages and fitness levels. The trainers are there to push you, ensure you have proper form, and provide modifications as needed. Everyone in the camp motivates each other and the community provides a wonderful support system. This place is unlike any other gym and I can guarantee you will love it! Highly recommend!
I love this gym! Mostly woman, no pervs! Keeps me motivated with different quick workouts on the daily. Just show up and get smoked, no need to waste time coming up and designing a workout every week. Staff are very friendly, and remember your name! Just the gym I was looking for💪

A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.
