I came to a trial camp with a member the beginning of October 2021 and quickly got hooked. I've never been someone who liked going to the gym. Mainly because I never knew what I was doing & it always seemed fruitless. I dreaded it. The trainers here are THE BEST & direct you on exactly what to do & walk around camp the entire time making sure everyone is in correct form. Our trainers know everyone's names AND their restrictions, if any. It truly baffles me how they do it, but it makes you feel seen & not like just another body in the room. I feel very lucky to be a part of this community. I actually look forward to going to camps every chance I get. 💙
I joined Burn in January of 2021. It is honestly the best thing I have ever done for myself. Everyone, from the owners, the trainers, front desk staff and my Burn sisters are so encouraging and welcoming. The skills and confidence I have built at Burn have affected the rest of my life in ways that I never saw coming. You think you are just joining a gym, but you are actually joining an incredible community. Regardless of your fitness level or age, you will find your place at Burn. Joining burn has been one of the best decisions I have ever made for myself. I look forward to the 45 min of me time I get per day and being able to stay active. The trainers are very knowledgeable and motivating. I especially love how child watch is included in your membership. The day care is very clean and the day care ladies are all super sweet and very good with children. Everyone who goes to burn is friendly and welcoming. You won’t regret your decision to join burn!
I’ve been with Burn Boot Camp since they first opened and it’s been the best decision I have ever made! I cannot tell you how wonderful the staff is (trainers, owners, and front desk)! Anyone can come work out regardless of fitness level or age, and you are always surround by members who encourage you and push you to reach your goals! No workout is ever the same and each workout constantly challenges you. A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.
