Apple Walnut Slaw Recipe


  1. 1 Apple
  2. 1/3 cup toasted walnuts
  3. 1/4 cup cranberries
  4. 1/2 lemon
  5. 3 tbsp olive oil


  1. Slice apple into “match sticks”
  2. Mix apple, walnuts, and cranberries in a medium bowl
  3. Squeeze lemon and pour olive oil into bowl
  4. Close bowl and toss. Leave in fridge for at least 30 minutes
