Ingredients
- 1 green apple – sliced, peeled, and seeded
 - 1 tbsp Raw Almond Butter
 - 2 scoops vanilla Shaklee 180 Protein Powder
 - 1/4 cup 100% liquid egg whites
 - 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
 - 1 scoop unflavored BCAA powder (for fitness recovery)
 - 8-10 ice cubes
 - 4 dashes ground cinnamon
 - 1/2 cup raw spinach
 
Directions
- Mix all ingredients into a blender (preferrably Vitamix) on a smoothie setting and blend to the texture you desire. This can be used before or after a workoutl. Can also be used as a meal replacement.
