Cinnamon Apple Almond Smoothie

Prep Time – 5-7 Minutes


  1. 1 green apple – sliced, peeled, and seeded
  2. 1 tbsp Raw Almond Butter
  3. 2 scoops vanilla Shaklee 180 Protein Powder
  4. 1/4 cup 100% liquid egg whites
  5. 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  6. 1 scoop unflavored BCAA powder (for fitness recovery)
  7. 8-10 ice cubes
  8. 4 dashes ground cinnamon
  9. 1/2 cup raw spinach


  1. Mix all ingredients into a blender (preferrably Vitamix) on a smoothie setting and blend to the texture you desire. This can be  used before or after a workoutl. Can also be used as a meal replacement.
