What times of day are Camps offered?

Camps are offered various times throughout the day, with schedules varying by location. Download the Burn Boot Camp app to log in and view Camp times at each location.


Is ChildWatch Free?

Yes. Childwatch is our version of a free childcare service offered as part of your membership. This service is for kids ages 8 weeks to 13 years during select Camp times. This allows parents to focus on their 45-minute workouts knowing that their kids are in a safe, fun, and engaging environment. You can reserve Childwatch spots ahead of Camp in the Burn Boot Camp App. Availability and hours vary by location.


How do I check in for a Camp?

Download the Burn Boot Camp app, log in, and you'll be able to book Camps and reserve Childwatch spots ahead of time. We'll also be available in-gym to help get you checked in for Camp.


What Should I Expect When I Arrive For My First Camp?

From the moment you walk into a Burn Boot Camp, you'll feel like part of our community. Someone at our front desk will welcome you and help answer any questions. We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your Camp so that the Trainer can answer questions and make sure you feel comfortable for your workout ahead.


What if I don't have any fitness or training experience?

Don't worry! Our workouts and overall gym experience are designed to fit all fitness levels. Our Trainers are experts at tailoring every workout to the experience levels of the participants. So you'll never feel out of place or intimidated. We meet you where you are on your fitness journey and help you meet your specific fitness goals.


WHAT TYPE OF WORKOUTS DO YOU OFFER?

Our Camps consist of alternating strength and conditioning/HIIT days (High Intensity Interval Training). Each day’s workout focuses on different types of training for different areas of the body, so you’ll never do the same workout twice, and your body is constantly challenged. No plateaus here.

WHAT DOES A CAMP LOOK LIKE?

Our Camps include an active warm-up, a 45-minute workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a Finisher. And with our Focus Meetings and 1-on-1 support in a group setting, we’re with you every step of your fitness journey.

DYNAMIC WARM-UP
This is a combination of dynamic warm-up exercises to make your workout safer and more effective.
WORKOUT
Your Trainer will move around the gym during Camp providing our signature personal-training-in-a-group-setting.
FINISHER
Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout.
“TWO CLAPS ON TWO”
Each Camp ends with “Two claps on two,” an acknowledgment of our community, hard work, and journey to strength and self-confidence.


How experienced are your trainers?

Our elite Trainers are chosen from the top 1% of Trainers in the country, are all Certified Personal Trainers, and are an essential part of your individualized journey. They can modify any exercise for injury, pregnancy, or beginner-level needs. Ready to push yourself? Our Trainers know how to increase resistance and intensity while protecting joints and tendons to keep you safe.


WHAT IF I HAVE AN INJURY?

Our Trainers can show you how to modify any exercise for injury. We also offer one-on-one Focus Meetings with Trainers so that they can understand your injury, show you how to best modify workouts, and track your progress.


WILL HIiT WORKOUTS BE SAFE FOR ME?

Burn Boot Camp uses only the most effective fitness equipment and a unique Floating Floor that acts as a shock absorber to protect joints and prevent injury. 
Our Trainers can modify any exercise for injury, pregnancy, or beginner-level needs.


What should I bring to workout?

Wear your favorite workout gear, athletic shoes, and bring a water bottle (because trust us, it’ll get sweaty). 
We offer high-quality supplements and premium activewear to fuel your journey once you get started.


What time should I arrive?

We always recommend showing up 10 minutes early to get you signed up for Camp, meet our team, meet the Trainer, discuss any injuries or modifications, and get a tour of the gym.
