Mid-week means lots of soreness in those muscles if you’ve been getting after it in camp. Doctors, Nick & Stefanie Rodsater, owners of Adjusting the World Chiropractic, stopped in to the Burn Boot Camp Headquarters to give everyone their expertise on how to alleviate muscle soreness through foam rolling. They explain “trigger points” in the muscles that we all get after our tough workouts and demonstrate how to roll correctly.
They cover how to roll all the big muscle groups from hamstrings to abductors! To hear foam rolling knowledge like this from anyone else would cost time and money – so we made sure to bring the experts to you!
