Day 1 – Random Rock Wall

Warm Up – 5 Minute Jog

  • Incline Push Ups – 25 Reps
  • Box (Ledge) Jumps – 25 Reps
  • Tri-Cep Dips – 25 Reps
  • Step Ups – 25 Reps

Finisher – 400 meter beach sprints (x3)

Day 2 – Beach Workout Fat Burner

Warm Up – 5 Minute Jog

  • 180 Jump Squats – 25 Reps
  • 1/2 Burpees – 25 Reps
  • Bear Crawls – 25 Yards Down and Back
  • Spider-Man Push Ups – 25 Reps

Finisher – 100 Yard Bear Crawl in Sand

Day 3 – Inside Vacation Workout

Warm Up – 5 Min Jog

  • Push Up Knee Tucks – 25 Reps
  • SB Mountain Climbers – 25 Reps
  • Glute Bridge Raises – 25 Reps
  • Toe Taps – 25 Reps

Finisher – 100 Push Ups

Day 4 – Sweating In The Suite

Warm Up – 2 Minute Jumping Jacks, 2 Minute Body Weight Squats What happens when a vacation falls right in the middle of your fat

  • Pike Shoulder Press – 25 Reps
  • Mountain Climbers – 25 Reps
  • Triple Jump Squat – 25 Reps
  • Prison Push Up- 25 Reps

Finisher – 50 Speed Squats, 2:00 Plank Hold

Day 5 – Vacation Excertion

Pick day 5 to do the most fat burning excertion you can find on your vacation. Find a hike, zip line tour, or an exploration. Something that will get you REALLY sweaty! Vacation is relaxing but you also have to get out and move your body. You will probably only visit your destination once in your lifetime, so make it count and get out and explore.

Day 6 – Rest, Your On Vacation

We are trainers and we still take days off. It is necessary for your body to recover. If you are anything like my dedicated clients, they want to be exercising 7 days per week. One rest day is CRUCIAL to changing your physique! …but if you are crazy and adventourous you might take this day to go diving or snorkeling!

Day 7 – 30 Min Jog

The last day of your trip you will most likely be traveling. Take a nice relaxing run and cool down on the beach as the waves roll in. Soak in your vacation and stay in the moment because you will be leaving soon. The plane ride is long and boring so move your body before it is sitting down all day long!

Balancing It All…

Understand that there will never be a “perfect time” to get fit. If you are always waiting for tomorrow, yuu will always wish you had started yesterday. You will go on vacations every year, holidays come every year, and your birthday party isn’t going anywhere, these things are not random. If you want achieve maximum health, finding a balance during the tempting time is key. It is my job to help you make your life easier so I already created the plan for you. You have to plan for the situations in your life when unhealthy habits are promoted all around you. Use this blog post as a plan for when you go on vacation. Don’t forget, if you fail to plan then you plan to fail! We only get one life to live and there are some AMAZING places we get to go while we are here. Have fun on your vacation but don’t blow it out! It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to reach your fat loss goals. It can come back a lot quicker then it came off so don’t let one week ruin your progress. With this video I have made it EASY for you to have a fitness routine on vacation!
