I Challenge You To Lose That Holiday Weight!
History tells us that Americans gain 4-10 lbs during this time! So that is why I am challenging you this Holiday Season! I refuse to let you stop moving! So to encourage you to hit your weight loss goals this Holiday Season I have created a series of 5 challenges!
Each challenge has a specific accountability aspect to it. Listen to each video and follow the instructions carefully!
