Kayla Johnson Burn Bootcamp Mooresville Weight Loss Story. Kayla has truly adopted to BBC lifestyle.  She attends camp 5-6 days a week.  She does “Sunday prep day”.  And now she has the body to prove it!  Down over 10 pounds, 7% body fat and 11 inches – Kayla is a fit mom!

Before I started BBC, I felt happy on the outside, but not on the inside. I knew I would be much happier and feel better, if I could loose my baby weight. I wanted to better myself for my husband and my kids. I knew I should set an example for them. I have always enjoyed working out, but it never became an everyday habit. However, I always felt better and energized every time I would workout. The biggest hurdle was always my poor food choices and losing the baby weight, which seemed nearly impossible.

I was skeptical on joining BBC, because I did not know anything about it. I saw a friend post that she was joining a free 45 day Human Billboard program. I talked with her about it and decided to give it a try. I went in thinking this might be a workout I do a few times a week, then may never come back for another six months. That is how I would exercise. I would stick to something for a month or two, then stop. I walked into my first class not knowing what to expect. I knew this would be different, because I usually workout at home with a video. I had never used equipment, except dumbbells. I was excited for this change. I will never forget the feeling of exhilaration when I walked out, after my first bootcamp. I felt great, empowered and knew this was for me.

I have come such a long way, since joining in April 2014. I am officially addicted to BBC. I look forward to going to class everyday. I never dread exercising anymore! Another perk of my journey is my 26.8 pound weight loss. My first goal at BBC was to see if I would actually stick with the program. Once I decided I loved it, my new goal was loosing 10 pounds. I lost the first 10 pounds very quickly, which really made me believe in BBC. Once I lost those first 10 pounds, I felt like I could do anything! I kept loosing weight quickly, thanks to meal prepping on Sunday’s and working out at BBC 6 days a week. I have also lost more than 11 inches and 7% body fat. I am finally in the healthy range for weight, body fat and BMI.

Needless to say, I feel amazing! I am so thankful that I tried BBC. I still have goals that I want to achieve, but I have never felt more empowered. I have more energy and feel good on the inside and outside now. I am so thankful to have BBC in my life!
