I never really knew how to properly lift weights and always worried that I might develop bad forms and get injured. At Burn Boot Camp you work with a highly qualified trainers that teach you each exercise moves and they even modify the exercises to adjust it to your strength level. The best part is the group exercises, all the members at burn are super supportive of each other and help me stay focused to achieve my fitness goals. Five stars. Amazing personalized workouts, with encouraging and educated trainers. I didn't understand just quite how good I had it until I had to move back to my home state and realized that every burn is different, and this is a GREAT ONE. Take advantage if you can. Worth every dollar. FYI when I moved back home my family even commented on how strong I looked and how much I'd changed for the better.
My very first day I was hooked. The trainers are absolutely fantastic. They push you and are extremely encouraging. The community here at burn Albuquerque is phenomenal and I have met some great people! The workouts are challenging but fun and in a short amount of time you can feel the change within our own body. Highly recommend if you are looking to challenge yourself and have fun doing it!

A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.
