There’s something about Burn Boot Camp that is intoxicating! Whether it’s the community of support from absolute strangers, modifications to all workouts so any body type can find what works for them OR the incredible group of trainers that don’t know how to frown and always have a HIGH FIVE for you. Whatever it is - I have not regretted my decision to sign up 3 weeks ago once. This is EXACTLY what I was looking for when I wanted to change up my lifestyle! I highly recommend it and if I could give it 10 stars, I would!
I originally started with Burn Boot Camp at the Hyde Park location on a 7 day free trial. I had shoulder surgery and was trying to regain strength in my shoulder. I’ve always been an athlete and enjoyed working out in group settings. When I moved and transferred to Anderson location, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The trainers at Burn always pushing me to be my best. I love the 45 minute workouts and can easily fit them into my busy schedule. Whether you are starting your workout journey or have worked out for years there’s a place for everyone at Burn Bootcamp.
I first took advantage of the seven-day free trial in July 2022. I've been a member ever since! The workouts are challenging yet easily modified. The trainers are exceptional and offer personal support in camp and optional focus meetings. The community so positive, inviting and fun. Burn offers a great (never boring!) program of strength training and cardio every week.
My daughter found this fitness gym for me after me saying I wanted a full body workout. I was a little nervous since seeing the words BOOT CAMP but knew I wanted to put in some hard work in order to get back in shape. We attended one trial class and were both hooked. Love the trainers, especially Natalie, ease of learning the movements, supportive environment and cleanliness. Lots of motivation from the coaches too! Since then I have registered and look forward to each and every class as they change it up everyday and I feel challenged and have gotten so much stronger in my 4 weeks. Thanks BBC!!
I joined Burn Boot Camp January 2023 and it has been a life changing experience. I look forward to working out everyday. I have gained strength, confidence and friends I would never have met if I didn't join. I appreciate that they offer child care during most camp times and love that my kids get to see my hard work everyday. If you are on the fence about trying it out, just do it!

A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.
We use only the most effective gym equipment, including a unique floating floor that acts as a shock absorber to protect joints and prevent injury.
Our one-on-one focus meetings keep you on track with your goals. You’ll meet with your trainer to discuss mindset, nutrition, and fitness goals getting better results, faster.
