Before joining Burn, I was in a dark place—feeling down, unmotivated, and stuck. I knew something had to change. When my friend Ashley mentioned a promotion at Burn, I thought, "Why not? I'll give it a try." Little did I know that this decision would change my life. From the moment I walked in, everything felt different. It wasn't just about the workouts; it was about the people. I felt an immediate sense of belonging. The workouts themselves are incredible. They're challenging in the best way, pushing me beyond what I thought was possible—even more than when I had a personal trainer before having kids! But the real magic lies in the community. I never expected to make new friends, but Burn proved me wrong. It's not just a gym—it's my community, my safe space, my happy place.
Burn Boot Camp Ashburn deserves all 5 stars. The trainers truly care about the progress and achievements of each of their members and they show that through their commitment while training on the mat and in focus meetings. They not only give you a good workout but help with form and give you modifications that will challenge you further. Off the mat the Burn community participates in lots of local events and various fundraisers all the while encouraging all members to do the same. They provide focus meetings for members with nutritional and workout goals and help set manageable targets to hitting those goals. In addition, I recently had a baby boy and was able to work out my entire pregnancy due to the modifications the trainers provided. Burn boot camp is one of the best gyms and communities you can be apart of.
Burn boot camp Ashburn has changed my life in so many positive ways, I’ve lost over 50lb, built muscle, found a best friend at camp and grown so much as a person since joining 7 months ago! The classes are very size inclusive, regardless of your abilities or restrictions. The trainers are always willing to help and guide you and the whole environment is a very positive, uplifting and encouraging experience. The class times are very flexible whether you are a morning or evening person & the child watch is top notch!
I’ve been a member since they first opened in 2016 and that says something about this gym! There’s no other gym like BurnBootCamp in Ashburn. The community and trainers are unmatched. There are all different types of abilities and you are able to modify if needed. The trainers are kind, encouraging and motivating. The workouts are always challenging and you’ll keep wanting to come back. You will leave this place after each camp more energized and in a better mood than going in hands down! Another bonus- free childcare is included in your membership and the childcare ladies are wonderful. The owner cares about her members and she’s personable. I could go on and on about this amazing gym. I don’t have a negative thing to say. Give it a try! You won’t be disappointed:) I highly recommend!
I’ve been going to Burn for about 2 months now. I would recommend waiting for one of their 4 week trial deals so you can really get a feel for the gym before signing up. I choose Burn because of the childcare. I brought my 3 month old and they’ve been good about holding her, doing tummy time, and just taking care of her. Some of the toddler and older kids will say hi to the baby too! As for the workouts, they go at your own pace since there’s modifications down or up. They mod for injuries and pregnancy or if you just want something harder. Sometimes trainers will just work out with you as they want to get their workout of the day in. You’ll see all types of bodies & fitness levels on the floor, but everyone’s doing their best.

A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.
