What an awesome gym! We have loved being a part of the Burn Community! All the instructors are fantastic but we have had Jill as our main evening instructor and she is amazing! It’s been fun & worth it after being here 2 months!

Reflecting on this past year, I honestly think one of the best things that came into my life was Burn! It feels cheesy to say it, but it’s true. I joined during one of their discounted 4 week trials, and joined after 1 week, because I instantly fell in love. The amazing thing about Burn (aside from the friendships, child watch, and flexible camp times), is that all you have to do is show up and the rest is provided for you. Weights, equipment, energy, direction… and they make it all so fun. I truly did not know you could enjoy exercising so much. I am sad on the days I can’t go; and the days I do go, I get such a boost in my mood and body. I love the emphasis of accomplishing goals/ getting stronger, rather than trying to change how your body looks. It’s just a supportive, fun environment where everyone is encouraged and there is no judgment. The instructors in Asheville will both push you and become your friends. And the child watch workers genuinely care to know your kids’ names and likes/ dislikes etc. Can’t say enough good things about Burn Asheville!
I have been a member for 4 years! I absolutely love this gym!!! The community is so supportive and the trainers are awesome. They push you in a good way and keep you motivated. All you have to do is walk in and be ready to work out. Burn does the rest for you. No guessing at what exercises you have to do. They do it for you!! ❤️❤️❤️

A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.
We use only the most effective gym equipment, including a unique floating floor that acts as a shock absorber to protect joints and prevent injury.
Our one-on-one focus meetings keep you on track with your goals. You’ll meet with your trainer to discuss mindset, nutrition, and fitness goals getting better results, faster.
