While I am biased because I work in the child watch section, I can genuinely say I LOVE this burn bootcamp! We have so many resources in the child watch area and it’s very rewarding to get to know our families that workout here. I hope it’s comforting for parents to know their child(ren) are in excellent hands and having fun for 45-50 minutes out of the day, because we are always having fun! When I’m not on shift, I LOVE coming in to feel grounded in my body. The trainers are excellent at keeping an eye out for lighter and heavier weights, and everyone has a great balance of offering advice and giving you space to learn the movement for yourself. Coach Amy has helped me improve my push-up posture, Coach Jenna helped me do THREE double-unders (I’m lucky I can jump rope at all), and Coach Jenny always has the best social media posts and encouraging words! Overall I LOVE this Burn community! There are so many regular members that it honestly feels like I’m in a cool kid’s club. While the high five’s can be a lot, I have noticed I’m remembering people’s names and faces because of it! If anything, there’s no pressure for small talk, you just hand out a friendly high five, ride the wave of feeling social, then get back to those DANG BURPEES! Lastly, I truly appreciate there being no shame in accepting modifications. Whether that’s stepping out some jumping jacks on a bad-knee day or elevating my pushups, I always feel as though I’m in control and never have to push myself farther than I can handle. I hope you consider joining burn bootcamp’s beachwood location! I never thought I would so casually find an incredibly supportive and kind community next to a Subway!
burn bootcamp is the place to be! SO judge free, all the trainers are supportive and push you past your limits!! when you feel like giving up, they are their to help you along! shoutout to jenna, amy, morgan, and jenny! all the workouts feel great, modifications are there if needed, and the HIGH FIVES are on fire 🔥 👐🏼 my little one likes playing in the camp care room while I workout, all the playroom staff and kids are great! 👶🏻 Feels like a big supportive family!
I have only been at Burn for a month and from what I have experienced thus far, it is a wonderful, empowering, fun but intense place to workout. I have met many people there that have been a support link for me and makes me want to come back. Josie is wonderful and I love working out with her. The atmosphere was toxic amongst some of staff that also trickled down to members. The racial undertone, especially with the addition of Jena was disheartening. (Jena stated I don’t like white people) Christina’s only goal is making money and using others to her advantage. (After she kicked me out, she tried to charge me for 2 months) The members are AMAZING! Reason why I rated this facility 3/5. The workouts are awesome and will push you past your limits. Good luck 🫶🏾

A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.
