If Burn Mallard Creek is my home away from home, Burn Belmont has quickly become my second home away from home. I have been a member at the Mallard Creek location for over 6 years, but now I work near the Belmont location. Because of the amazing universal membership offered, I am able to go to both locations as part of my membership! This is SO convenient for me. When I started going to the Belmont location, I was welcomed with open arms as if I had been a member there forever. It was so nice and refreshing because even though I’ve been a member at Burn for so long, a new location/new community/new people can be intimidating. I feel lucky to now be a part of TWO Burn communities bc the community here is unmatched. All the trainers and staff greet me by name, push me in my workouts, and genuinely care. The members are kind and welcoming. If you’re wondering if you should give Burn Belmont, stop wondering and just show up!! You won’t regret it!!
When I first moved here from Texas, I knew absolutely nothing about Burn Boot Camp. All I knew was that in this area, they were one of the only gyms with childwatch. Not only did they take amazing care of my - at the time - one year old, they provided me with the most challenging workout I've ever gotten all while being pushed and encouraged to do things I didn't realize I was capable of. It got me hooked. A year later I became a trainer. I've never been a part of something where the community GENUINELY wants everyone to succeed and do better for themselves, no matter where you're at in your fitness journey. It's just an environment like no other!
Joining Burn Boot Camp was one of the best decisions I have made! I was nervous to start something new but from the very first day everyone was so welcoming and that still hasn’t changed! The trainers are so supportive and give you the extra push when you need it. I love being in a group setting but also having the one on one time with the trainers. I’m so thankful for this community! Burn Belmont is the best!
Joining Burn in 2023 is the best decision I have made for both my physical and mental health in years. Burn's camps have the ability to both meet someone who hasn't' actively worked out in years as well as challenge an elite athlete all within a 45 minute workout. Belmont's gym in particular has an incredible community that actively roots for you to meet your goals!
This is your sign to join - you won't regret it. After joining Burn at another location 4+ years ago, I switched to Belmont after moving a few months ago. Every trainer is not only great, but truly enjoys training. Somehow, even if it's the first time in their camp, they know how much to challenge you, while ALWAYS being positive and encouraging. The front desk staff greets you with a smile every time, even if you walk in at 5:30am still half asleep :) The workouts are always challenging (in a good way), different, and work every part of your body over the course of a week. I've been to quite a few Burn locations, and Belmont is something so special.

A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.
We use only the most effective gym equipment, including a unique floating floor that acts as a shock absorber to protect joints and prevent injury.
Our one-on-one focus meetings keep you on track with your goals. You’ll meet with your trainer to discuss mindset, nutrition, and fitness goals getting better results, faster.
